The desire of our hearts in all of this is for the children to know the Lord, not just know about Him. If interested in assisting with these classes, please contact the ministry leader.

Family Life Ministry

This ministry exists to strengthen families and parents as they grow in community together. Our hopes are that parents and children would come along together so that they can build healthy Christ-Centered relationships that offer support as we journey through life together.

We are currently seeking The Lord for a married couple who would feel called to lead this ministry for our church family. Contact Pastor Freddy or one of the Elders if you are interested or know someone who might be.

GriefShare Ministry

Susan Kaiser

GriefShare is a 13-week, Christ-centered support group that offers hope and healing after the death of a loved one.  At GriefShare, you’ll find a safe, comforting place where you can talk with others about your grief.  You’ll find support, direction, and guidance on how to make it through.

High School & Middle School Ministry

Youth Ministry Leader – Harla Lawson

The focus on our high school and middle school youth continues to develop and grow! The hope is for all our youth to experience a deep and life changing relationship with Jesus that will overflow into every part of their lives and into the lives of those around them.

By seeking to know God through His Word and the presence of the Holy Spirit, our youth will be encouraged to share their faith without fear and to delight in serving God in every possible situation they may find themselves in. God has given us all a purpose (Ephesians 2:10) and by His grace our young people will learn to walk in that assurance through the many activities and friendships provided for them in youth group.

Ways to get involved:

• “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17) for this ministry
• Encourage with your words
• If you feel led, volunteer your time and talent.

Watch for activity updates in the announcements/slides, on the bulletin board in the foyer, on the website, and at the welcome table.

Men’s Ministry

Ministry Leader – Gavin Hill

An opportunity for men who love God to come together and lean on each other to grow our relationship with our Father, and band together to do God’s work in our churches and community. We aim to show God’s love through our actions, while also holding each other up to further our walk with Jesus, both individually and as a group. Leadership through service.

Ways to get involved:

• Be a part of a planning team.
• Attend the MMM groups and events.
• Be available when needs arise for our assistance.
• Attend our Marysville Men’s Ministry Mega Meetings (MMMMM)

School of Kingdom Ministry

SoKM Facilitator – Jason Miller

Did you know that the creator of the universe wants to partner with you in the ministry of His kingdom? The School of Kingdom Ministry is a transformational 28-week course offered at our church for all who are longing to see God’s kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Students testify that their lives have been dramatically changed by the power of the Holy Spirit while studying topics like Biblical Worldview, Kingdom Theology, Identity, Healing, Prophecy, and Power Evangelism. With spirit-filled teaching from the Urbana, Illinois Central Vineyard, and on-site practice and activations, students can grow in the knowledge of God and develop confidence in hearing His voice.

Vineyard Church of Marysville strongly believes that everyone gets to play in the Kingdom of God, and the School of Kingdom Ministry is where you learn how!

Women’s Ministry

Ministry Leader – Monica Miller

The mission of our Women’s Ministry is to support, encourage, and empower women to grow closer to God and cultivate friendships with other God-loving women.

We offer an annual weekend retreat in the fall and a gathering on the fourth Saturday of each month. We also encourage women to get involved in one of the various home groups that meet during the week.

Ways to get involved:

• Attend gatherings on the fourth Saturday of each month from 1 pm – 3 pm
• Attend fall retreat
• Attend other women’s events
• Share event ideas with one of the team members

Young Adults Ministry

Truth and Spirit Leader – David Dodds

Rooted in Truth. Led by the Spirit.  Our mission is to pursue the truth of Scripture and reality through a Biblical worldview, engaging apologetics with humility and clarity while seeking God in prayer and worship. We desire to be shaped, empowered, and guided by the Holy Spirit to live faithfully and boldly in every aspect of our lives.

If you’re in the 18-30 age range and interested in growing together with other Young adults who are seeking God we’d love to have you join us on Wednesday nights at 7pm.  Be sure to reach out to David Dodds to get connected.
